Seema Desai
Director & Social Worker/Principal Support Coordinator

I have lived in Melbourne most of my life. My schooling was at Balwyn High, followed by tertiary studies in La Trobe University, Bendigo, for my Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences. After that, I completed my Bachelor of Social Work in La Trobe Uni in Bundoora and my Masters of Social Work (Public Health) at the University of Melbourne.

I have worked as a Social Worker, Case Manager and NDIS Support Coordinator in three primary Melbourne Metropolitan health services, Community Health and within the broader community. My expertise brings together the various services offered in community settings, health settings and NDIS registered and unregistered providers. I am passionate about Social Work, Disability and NDIS. I am well-experienced in navigating the NDIS system, and I have achieved excellent outcomes for participants.
