I have experience working in a variety of health settings that include age care, hospitals, schools and in the community

I have extensive experience in providing case management and advocacy support for people who are experiencing significant difficulty with accessing supports and services and need support to live a healthy and connected life. I am skilled at providing information, link clients to supports and services, and build their capacity to maximise independence, connections and meaningful engagement in the community. I have facilitated and built relationships with other community-based agencies to improve the quality of access to services for all stakeholders and influence systemic changes necessary.
